I gave them a big job with cleaning the carpets our puppy had spent her first year learning to potty train on. We talked once he was able to evaluate the space and he told me that there was a lot of urine damage and he could give it a shot but we should be aware that replacing the carpets might be the only way to resolve this. I told him to go for it and we would see what to do next. Somehow the smell was gone and the carpets had no stains left! I was and am so grateful for their sincerity and honesty in this process, and for their quality work. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Jorge and his coworker recently cleaned tile floors in our new rental home. He was able to get us an appointment within a week, explained the process, and provided a fair estimate. The grout and floors were very dirty, and they now look like new! He was on time, completed the work in the amount of time estimated and made sure everything was clean and dry before he left. We are so happy with the results!

My wife and I received nothing short of fantastic service from Jorge and his team! We've used them twice now in our home, and will never use anyone else again. Our carpets look brand new, but more importantly was the pleasant interaction we had with them on both occasions. We are now renting out our home and have moved out of the area but I'll be referring them to our tenants from here on out! Do yourself a favor and hire Jorge, you won't regret it!

This was the first time having our carpets cleaned with JC carpet cleaning and I am impressed! Jorge was very responsive on the phone as I was scheduling, and he called me the day before to remind me of our appointment. Alex, a member of the team, was the one who came to clean our carpet and he was on time, (which is ALWAYS appreciated!) very informative, patiently answered all of my questions, and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be scheduling with JC carpet cleaning in the future!

This was my first time working with this company. I was very pleased with their flexibility around my schedule. Alex was very professional and showed up on time with an upbeat attitude. He was able to clean the carpets of my three rooms quickly and was very efficient at keeping the cords and equipment out of my way, which I greatly appreciated since I was working from home. I would highly recommend this company for cleaning your carpets.
