DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They charged my card with out any notification to me that they were charging OVER the quoted amount. ADDITIONALLY, they were asked to take off several things from the move out clean list because new flooring went in and a specific window washer came out. Those things ended up being included on the invoice which I was charged for. They then refused to lower the charges to match the work that was ACTUALLY done. Before all of this billing dispute, I was ready to hire them at our new home for ongoing cleaning, but you can bet that will NOT be happening now.

I called and scheduled four seasons cleaning prior to moving out of my home. I spoke with friendly office staff and scheduled my appointment. The day of my appointment no one showed. I called multiple times to get help and no one answered. I was left in a very bad situation with a dirty home, no cleaning products (everything was packed), and an upset landlord. I would highly discourage you from booking with this incredibly unreliable service.

Noy very happy with their cleaning service. I paid for 4 hours of deep cleaning with 2 people. The cleaners left 30 minutes early, while leaving one room completely unclean after I had asked them to clean it. Didn't remove dust on any of my window blinds downstairs either.

The maids they sent over decided my cat should be outside and kicked her out. We live in an area with coyotes. No one was home as the family left for the weekend. Cat was in her shut area, as to not be accidentally let out. They let her out and none of us knew she was let out. By some miracle she didn't die. But I am enraged by their malicious incompetence.
