We have used them in the past, they used to be wonderful. I've been trying to contact them for the last month to have some blinds cleaned and repaired. I have not received a response to my repeated phone calls and emails. It's very disappointing as we had such great service in the past. We purchased all of our window treatments from them and I hoped to continue to support them.

I bought a house and the window blinds were wonky. The top up and down mechanisms weren't working. I assumed I would have to buy new blinds but then I found A All-Pro.
