I have used Helena's for years, mostly while I lived on Queen Anne. We moved to Leschi and I tried a couple of closer dry cleaners but they weren't close to Helena's with regard to the ease of use and of course delivery. THis makes it possible for me to still be a loyal customer. At times I drop off my items when downtown but they always deliver back to me. Oh, and the desk people are so kind and attentive.

They were great in doing my Husband's suit. They sent me a message offering to hem his Pants, but because of a time constraints we couldn't but she was very understanding about our situation.
