We've been having Jon and David at Custom Solutions clean our carpets once or twice a year for the past 8 years. They are easy to schedule, they always arrive on time, they are super friendly, and the carpets always look so much better!

Look no further. Custom Solutions Carpet Care is as good as it gets. I have been using their services to clean my carpets twice per year for a several years now and they never disappoint. I have a pretty heavy-duty traffic pattern that takes a lot of wear and tear and even the stubborn spots left by my kitty are magically gone. My carpets practically sparkle when they leave. David & Jon have been cleaning the hallway carpets at the condo I manage longer than I've been here which is 7 years now! They come quarterly. Twice a year for full cleaning and twice to clean around the elevator landings which get stained. They are thorough and professional. I can't tell you how great it is to have a vendor that I don't have to manage or worry about. It just gets done! I've recommended them to owners for their carpets and ALL have been very happy.
