We are in the process of selling our house and our cat damaged our carpet, we were trying to find someone who would patch it up and we looked everywhere, everyone either was busy or didn't do carpet repairs. I got in contact with Jim, and he was so helpful. He came up with a solution and we booked a day for the carpet repair and cleaners to come out, they did a fantastic job. A week later, our dog decided he wanted to chew a hole in our nice clean carpet the day we listed our house I called Jim in a frantic state hoping he would be able to help and even with him being out of town, he helped us. He was able to coordinate having someone come out the next day to do the carpet repair. This has just been the best service and I'm so very thankful for Jim and his help!

First of all my brother in law is realtor, he referred me to 5 Star Carpet Cleaning. To my knowledge he has been using 5 Star services for the past 8 years. Needless to say, I am very happy with their services. David & his team did excellent job cleaning the carpets for my old home and the new house I'm moving into. They arrived on time, professional, friendly and took all the safety steps to do their job.
I have very high expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised how well the carpets turn out, I'm grateful that I won't need to spend a fortune to replace the carpet. See you guys next time! I will def recommend these guys!
