We used Clean and Simple twice now to clean a family members home since they are no longer able to do their own cleaning. Brooke is the person we will continue to request as she did an amazing job the first time and today she did another great job! We've been utilizing C & S Cleaning for several years. They are responsive, have wonderful staff, great communication and excellent service. On occasion we ask for a few extra detail items - like window tracks, and/or deep cleaning help. We've never been disappointed! Service: Standard cleaning

I was so disappointed with the service. I was given an estimate for a standard cleaning and was charge more than double the estimate (they expect me to pay over $500 for a standard cleaning). Their services did not meet expectations. Their customer service is unfriendly and lacking a client-centered focus. I was hoping to find a quality and trustworthy cleaning company, instead I am out l several hundreds of dollars.

I do not recommend this company and their services. I would be cautious about hiring them and to make sure to read the disclaimers and fine print (they will charge you hourly even if you do not authorize it).

I have used Clean and Simple for about 4 years. Their staff are courteous, professional and very well trained. They arrive with notes about my usual needs but are cheerfully flexible when I want to change the routine. My house is always sparkly clean (despite 2 dogs) after every cleaning.
