Rugs are always looking great when I get them back from this company, but this time they told me they were backed up and would take two weeks. 4 weeks later after a few unreturned calls I was told that the location I was using had been shut down. they did deliver the rugs to me at home free of charge, but I would. have appreciated the heads up on the closure and not had to track down my items myself after they were so delayed.

Excellent customer service at a very competitive price. We brought in dirty patio cushions with a few stains and they were retuned in pristine and "like new" condition. We've had expensive carpets cleaned and treated there in the past and have always been very pleased with the results. Will keep going back. Highly recommend!
