Edward is an artist when it comes to doing windows. He uses extra care on every window and sliding door. The tracks are cleaned inside and out. The screens are thoroughly cleaned as well. All is put back in place. He is very professional and very courteous and honest. He does my windows and doors every 6 months. Thanks Edward and keep up the good work.

Eddie was super responsive, polite and professional all the way from the booking through the end of the window cleaning service he came to do. He was on-time for the service, courteous, removed his shoes when he came into the house, payed a lot of attention to details, and used natural cleaning products that smells so good inside the house. Strongly recommend this business, you won't regret it!

Eddie was on time, thorough, efficient and friendly. He cleaned our residential screens, windows, tracks and frames. All looks very good.but he was very clear that if we see anything (streaks, drips, etc.) in the next few days, to definitely give him a call to come back to touch it up. He comes across as very sincere and honest, and definitely seems like someone who is trying to build and maintain a business based on quality and value. Definitely plan to call Eddie again next time our windows need cleaning. Thanks Eddie. Very nice meeting and working with you yesterday.

After reading the reviews, I must agree that Eddie does a diligent job. He cleaned our patio doors, windows and screens carefully, thoroughly, and professionally. Eddie is personable and all the reviews about his being a nice man are true and well deserved. It is a pleasure to do business with a decent honorable person.

Eddie's task was Monumental when he showed up. We had installed quite a few large sliding windows and in the midst of construction so that by the time he had to take care of it, they were caked in dust as well as construction material months old. He spent a long time in our house, taking his time to make sure all the windows looked great. By the time he was finished I truly felt like I had a new home. He maintains a standard of Excellence in his customer service that I believed had been all but forgotten. A real classic.

Stop here! Do not look any further if you're looking for a window cleaner! Eddie is THE BEST window cleaner ever! Was lucky enough to schedule a same-day appointment. He completed a post-renovation all windows and slider cleaning in approximately 4-4.5 hrs. To say the before and after is AMAZING is not saying enough. He is the most professional, well-mannered and considerate guy!
It was a joy to work with him and will definitely use him for semi-annual window cleaning. His rate is more than reasonable for the service he provides. I also like/prefer that he works alone-I find managing teams to be a bit overwhelming. What a gem! Thank you Eddie!

What a great experience. After reading the great reviews I requested a quote from Eddie. I had it in minutes and scheduled an appointment to perform the work. Eddie arrived about 10 minutes early and started immediately. Despite the crazy heat they saved the solar panels for second and started on the exterior of the windows. When they were complete they attacked the solar panels and finished up inside where, thankfully at 110 degrees, there was air conditioning.
Start to finish it was about 3 hours and they worked non-stop. I'm delighted with EVERYTHING and would highly recommend them to my friends. Prompt, courteous and professional.

I found out about Busy Bugs via Yelp last year. Eddie was working alone at that time and I was very impressed with his professional manner. We decided to use him again this year and he came with several helpers. They cleaned inside and out and did a very good job. However, several of my screens were not put back in the track properly and some tracks were not cleaned to my standards. So I would suggest a 'walk about' with Eddie before he departs.

Eddie and his employee were very professional and did a wonderful job. My Windows, screens and frames were very dirty and they got them sparkling. They were also very professional. I will use them whenever I need my windows cleaned again. I have already recommended Busy Bugs to 3 of my neighbors. This is a second home in La Quinta and I wish he would come to my home in San Diego and clean my windows there.

Well here is my update as of 4/16/14. Had appt. scheduled for today at 2pm. Appt. made 2 weeks ago. Was home at 10:00am for remainder of day and moved some items away from windows for easy access. No show by 2:15pm so I called him. He answered and said he was sick & that he had tried to call me but no message machine was on. I said I had been home since 10am & phone never rang + my message machine was on.
Sorry to hear he was ill but very annoyed that he wasn't forthright about contacting me. He said he felt better & would come once we hung up but he would have been alone w/no helper & temps were in mid 90's. I also felt it would have taken him twice as long to do my job with all my windows so I declined. I really wanted to use you Eddie but hate made up stories. Elected to try someone else.

Extremely Impressed! Found Busy Bugs on a Google search and sent an email to request pricing. Eddie called me within 30 min, and was to my house within an hour to write up an estimate. What great prices!! He's by far one of the least expensive window companies I know of that is licensed and insured here in the desert. He and his employee showed up 10 minutes early this morning and did a thorough job with my windows. Inside, outside, tracks, and he even washed the screens with a special screen cleaner! Very friendly and professional; I will be calling Busy Bugs for all my future window cleaning needs.
