We use a rotary extraction tool that performs a gentle multi-pass cleaning to the carpet fiber. This process is better than the forward and back method because it leaves the nap more fully restored and removes more dirt and soil than others.

At Universal Carpet Systems we specialize in restoring tile and grout to a clean, sanitary condition ready for use in your home or business. Our cleaning uses a specialized tile-cleaning tool, utilizing a fully-contained truck-mounted machine with soft water. The water temperatures we clean with range between 190-210 degrees.

Each fabric has specific requirements regarding the proper tooling and cleaning agents to use.
