Kyle was able to come within a few days notice to squeeze in to our new home so we could start moving in. Protection Kyle protected the floors with blankets and wall corners with plastic protectors so our new paint was not damaged in any way. Cleaning Kyle did a great job cleaning the carpet and our living room and stairs had some heavy wear. We didn't expect much to come out but it was significantly cleaner after the treatment.
The basic deodorizer also smells like really nice citrus. Drying Just like Kyle recommended we left the fans on in the house overnight and everything was dry for our move in the next day. Definitely recommend Kyle for his services! I'lol have him back for maintenance next year!

Called dry or steam to get a quote for tile cleaning. Explained to Kyle my need to have it done on a certain day. Not only did Kyle make it happen, he had to work through a sprained back with an ice pack mounted to him. That's true dedication to his craft. Will certainly use him again for all my cleaning needs.

Kyle did a great job getting my very first carpets looking new. He was honest in giving his recommendations and informing me that the stairs might not come clean. The stairs looked amazing after and everything smelled great. We are selling the house and I think the buyer will be very happy with the carpet.
