Thanks Mega Maids for doing a superior job, for problem solving and even folding clothes and washing small area rug. From Owner to her staff I highly recommend Mega Maids. --- Mega Maids keeps "homes healthy!" Mega maids is licensed and bonded. Initially getting an appointment was difficult---they have many clients. Steady weekly or bi-weekly customers are ones that make it worthwhile. The staff was pleasant, courteous and came prepared.
This firm does a stellar job. A call is made prior to coming to give you a time window and they stick to that regularly. Items are moved, so you know they were there. My placemats were washed (thank you!). Promises are kept and if you have any concerns they address it in real-time. Mega maids is responsible and consistent. At the time of this review they have been "keeping healthy" residences in Orange County. Have patience in our POVID19 world as things come back to alignment.

Do not have this cleaning service come and clean your home they will rip you off and give you a different price every time. If you budget your money do not get your house clean with these people!

I asked mega maid for a deep cleaning of my house. They said they will send me two workers and charge $100 per hour. They sent three workers (two of whom were on training) and they charged me $130 per hour for a total of $390. When I called the office they said the extra charge is because they sent a third worker, but they didn't bother saying that before they started. Bad work ethic and unreliable service. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone

Berenice and Rocio must have been sent to us from heaven, because their stellar cleaning job was next to godliness. Have never had two people accomplish so much deep cleaning in so little time. SO good, in fact, that I almost didn't write this review because I didn't want them to get so popular that I couldn't book them again. Thank you!

I have been using Mega Maids once a month for a cleaning and I'm a stay at home mom with 3 littles ones, so their service has been a blessing. I love how they arrive on time and are always very polite. They jump into action as soon as I open the door, which is great. I'm never disappointed! Silvia Susanna & Josefina Team are the best! Thanks ladies
