I had used Normandy for area rugs in the past And was always happy so I decided to use them for upholstry and broadloom carpet. The technicians were very polite and explained the process. They were thorough and did a great job! I'm shocked at how well the carpets and upholstry look. Both are off white and look new again, I couldn't be more pleased!
