Bait and switch. I scheduled for them to come out and clean my couch. I gave them the dimensions of my couch and that it was a couch connected to a chaise. They confirmed and said $79. The rep comes out and says it's at least $150. I called the company back and they confirmed they got it wrong and that they knew it was the couch w/chaise and it was still on me to pay at least $120. A customer shouldn't feel pressured to pay more than quoted because someone is already in your home.

In short, this company ruined my perfectly good white sofa and they will not accept responsibility. I am editing my previous review due to their poor service. I previously noted that my technician was professional which remains true. However, the service he provided created far more stains on my couch than were there. Almost every cushion now had a full length stain which were not there previously.
Even worse, when I contacted the company, they sent someone out to re clean the couch, and that still did not remove all of my stains that were created by their first cleaning. Then, they said nothing more could be done, tried to blame me for the stains and said I could have 10% off my next service. If you are thinking of using this company, I've attached only a few of the pictures so that you can see what their finished product looks like. My couch was very white and clean before their service. I could not possibly recommend this company less.

You know that old sofa that everyone knows is old but doesn't want to throw out? I have one too. I tried cleaning it, but I didn't get very far. We called them for upholstery cleaning and they did an excellent job and transformed it!

Unprofessional, disorganized, unreliable are just a few adjectives to describe this joke of a company. And staff has no issue lying, bold-faced, to customers. Let me walk you through my experience. I had an appointment on Friday between 2-4, I called to confirm again that morning and was told, yes, a technician would be out to do the job. Fast forward to 4:30 that afternoon and I've called DC Carpet Cleaning and was told that I'd been informed a technician was not able to make the appointment. Angry, but anxious to get it done, I reluctantly agreed to reschedule for Sunday between 8-10 AM.
This morning, I called to get an ETA on a technician, and was just now been informed that while I was "first on the schedule" they didn't know when the guy/gal would be out (it's 9:00 AM) and that I should just wait for another call. No guarantees given, and it's deja vu all over again. I immediately cancelled and write this review as a cautionary tale to everyone else. Caveat emptor!

The technician did a great job at performing mattress cleaning. From dust to allergens, they removed it all within an hour. I couldn't believe how clean the mattress looked after just one session. Their timely help saved my mattress from permanent damage.

I wish I had found this company earlier. I run a daycare center and take care of many kids every day. It is hard to keep our carpets clean especially during activity days which are most days. The frequent steam cleaning you do to my carpets is priceless. My daycare center is clean as it should be!
