We had Crystal Carpet Cleaning steam clean the carpet floor in our house. The whole experience has been excellent. John showed up on time, efficently took care of the cleaning, was friendly and professional. From the time we set an appointment until John arrived there was extremely good communication. We were informed about what we should do to prepare the house for the cleaning, there were several reminders of the appointment, and a note to tell us that John was on the way the day of the service. And, to top the great experience, we were positively surprised by the reasonable charge. It's really satisfying when companies perform the way Crystal Carpet Cleaning has done for us. We highly recommend to use their services.

Great communication before our service including an accurate estimate on what we wanted done. Email reminders & an update day of service to know when our technician would arrive. Adam was very professional, positive and took time to clearly explain the carpet cleaning process. He did thorough, careful work. We will definitely use Crystal Carpet Cleaning again & highly recommend.

John cleaned all our carpets and they are beautiful. We had just entertained our 3 granddogs for 10 days and they are not well trained for going out side. Our house smelled and looked horrible. I now can be in the house without a constant dripping nose. Thank you very much John. I really needed your services! I will call again the next time our daughter decides to take a trip.
