I had 2 pants and 2 dress shirts done.$32!? Shirts were $4.50 each. Pants were $9.50 each. Are you serious? They conveniently don't show any pricing anywhere in their location and the receipt i received at drop off didn't indicate anything either. All of the cleaners in the area are expensive, in my opinion and I moved from DC, but even the next highest would have been $20.

We have used Crest Cleaners for years! Alexandria and Vienna. Jomel has been our delivery person I believe since we've lived here. His communication is great! He goes above and beyond. Texting if I don't reply to the standard text of "do you have anything for us to pick up". And if he knows we do have something for pick up and it's not waiting for him (happens a lot!) he will text me as a reminder. Jomal has even come back by for pick ups! We can not recommend Crest Cleaners and Jomel more! The best in Customer Service! AAA+++!

Jomel and Crest Cleaners have provided outstanding service over the many years we have been working with them. The customer service and patience (when I forget to leave my items out and he has to wait!) and the final product have always been great. If ever there is an issue, it is addressed and taken care of right away. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and.

We have been using Crest for home delivery dry cleaning for over five years. Their service is excellent! We've never had a problem with any item we've sent for pressing or dry cleaning. Our wonderful Crest rep Jomel is so friendly and professional! We have also used Crest for cleaning area rugs and they did a great job. I would highly recommend trying their home delivery service.
