They did an excellent, professional job. Willingly moved some of furniture, gave clear instructions on waiting until carpets were dry, and explained any possible difficulties. A part on their machine broke, which meant leaving the job undone at the time, but they were back the next morning to finish up everything. I will definitely call on them again.
