Questions
Where are you located?
Our main office is at 9621 10th Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55441. We serve the Twin Cities metro area and surrounding communities within a 30-mile radius.
Should I get multiple bids for restoration work?
Unlike remodeling projects, insurance restoration works best with a single full-service contractor. We handle complete project management and insurance negotiations to ensure efficient restoration.
What about insurance deductibles?
Clients pay their insurance deductible directly to us at the start of work. We coordinate with insurance companies to manage claim payments for remaining balances.
Can I stay in my home during restoration?
This personal decision depends on the project scope. We'll discuss work details and temporary housing options, which insurance often covers during major restoration projects.
How long does restoration take?
Timelines vary by damage severity. Minor projects may complete in weeks while extensive damage requires several months. We provide regular progress updates throughout the restoration process.
When do I make renovation selections?
After insurance approval and payment receipt, your project manager will guide you through material selections including flooring, paint, and fixtures for complete property restoration.

We had a car hit the shopping center and it shattered the glass in my store window. Our fire chief recommended these guys and they were here in an hour or less to board up the windows. Super professional and so very nice. Did a great job and excellent on the clean up as well. Highly recommend working with them.

I live in a town home in Eagan, MN. There is a unit A and a unit B. Apparently this organization made an appointment with the people living in unit B. I had recently stepped in from outside and was standing close to my front door when someone that works for this company literally opened up my screen door and just let himself into my home. I said hello, I don't know who you are and ask that you leave my home.

He took one step back, continued to hold my door open and then said, well the door was open so I thought it would be okay to walk in. I said yes, that is a screen door and I would appreciate it if you would step outside of my home and close the door. He then stated that he spoke with Sandy earlier. I explained that Sandy lives in unit B and this is unit A. The person apologized a couple of times, laughed to himself and walked off.

This is very unprofessional to say the least. If you've never been to someone's home before, you knock and never just let yourself in. With business practices such as these I'm amazed that this company has been around since the 1950's.

Having Lindstrom was a relief from what we were going through with another company as that company could not pass city inspection as well as engineering inspection. Lindstrom are very well knowledge in what they do in all areas from on site to in office. Sure there were a couple of hiccups but nothing that couldn't be resolved. I enjoyed working with Lindstrom and all the people that were involved. I am back in my home for almost a year now and they did such an amazing job. Thanks again Lindstrom.

I can't imagine anyone could do a better restoration and remodel than Lindstrom. The project managers were responsive and professional. The installers were efficient and dedicated to getting the job done, paying attention to detail every step of the way.

Lindstrom Restoration is a top notch company who actually cares. I am currently an estimator with Lindstrom and don't see myself anywhere else. We believe in full disclosure and being as transparent as possible while helping you get back in your home. Our entire team has the same goal and that is to get you back in your home. We understand how overwhelming a large loss can be and strive to make it as easy as we can to show you the process and path to get you back home. Wonderful place to work and would recommend anyone looking for a solid place of employment to come check us out!

We had a flooded basement from a leaking pipe. This company came and did the insurance work. The estimator was great, but that's about where the good ended. The foreman was confrontative if questioned, the job took longer than promised, and they took shortcuts. They did the work, but used CHEAP materials. After a few months of using the rooms they worked on, we realize how lousy the workmanship was. Closet doors falling apart, handles pulled through the cheap hollow core doors, cheap carpet, etc.

They used the right words, but at the end of the day, these guys should work for Ikea- you know what I mean about looking good, but quality to last only until they're out the door. I would not recommend them.
