Fir many years, I've used American Rug Laundry to clean my area rugs -- from expensive Turkish handmade rugs to inexpensive machine-made runners -- and all have been returned in amazing condition. Their pick-up/ delivery service and customer care are the best. Service: Area rug cleaning

We were unhappy with the area rug cleaning after we got our rug back. They came and picked up the rug and re-cleaned it to our satisfaction and returned the rug to us! We were very happy with this customer satisfaction they displayed! Not many businesses would care about their customers as American Rug Laundry does! Great pick-up/delivery service. Not pleased with rug cleaning. Coffee stains I had pointed out are still there even though I had deep cleaning. Rugs seem to have shrunk slightly (are now smaller than our tug pads) and entry runner is misshapen. This is easy to see as it is on a wood floor; rug edges are wavy against straight lines of floor.
