This was my first experience with a maid, and unfortunately, I was not completely happy with it for what we paid. For Christmas, I asked my husband for a deep clean service so I could start my winter break with an extra clean home. When I first saw the house, I was impressed. Everything looked great. But as I looked further, I noticed they missed a lot of the details.the main reason why I wanted a deep clean over a genera clean.

Behind the toilets were not cleaned/dusted, the lamps in the bedroom and bathrooms were not dusted (all of these are reachable with a step stool), the corners of rooms seemed to be missed in several places, and the carpets didn't seem to be vacuumed thoroughly. They also only cleaned one side of our kitchen sink. It seems like we received a general clean at the price of a deep clean which is pretty disappointing. I can see that they do have some great reviews from others, but they missed the mark with us.

So 4 years later, with the exception of part of last year, still using this service. They have been for the most part consistent with their quality of cleaning and customer service.all good! I appreciate the fact that I can trust them in my home!
