I was really delighted with how thoroughly my apartment was cleaned. I had my condominium's moving-in cleaning done, and the entire process went smoothly from booking to making minor scheduling changes. Modern Maids Dallas' Mina did a fantastic job! Maria performed an amazing job with the cleaning; she was highly professional, on time, and provided excellent service! I highly suggest them and plan to use their services in the future!

It had been nearly a month since we had had a cleaner. Our former cleaner did not enjoy wearing a mask all of the time. But Maria from this company was incredibly friendly and gave me a quote over the phone to get things started. Maria came and spent a whole day restoring our home to its former glory. Their house c Cleaning services are not the cheapest, but they are affordable and well worth the money. They brought their own stuff and ran things on their own. It was a real delight. Maria was incredible. Professional and thorough.

We had a team of 3 people assigned to do a full cleaning job for our new place and they performed exceptionally. We were impressed by how stealthily, efficiently, and thoroughly the job was done. Modern Maids was just amazing. The window, kitchen and bathroom were cleaned and sparkly. They were polite and considerate of the surrounding space. We're now going to use them regularly and are requesting more jobs from Modern Maids. We look forward to continuing our business with them. I would highly recommend Modern Maids' services any day!

This was the first time we used Modern Maids. We had Mireya and the other 2 workers and I was impressed! We had numerous cleaning companies provide cleaning services for us and very rarely was I pleased with the work. Mireya and her team were at our house for over five hours and did not stop for a moment! They kept going and the house looked amazing when they were done. We have signed up with Molly Maids for everyday service from now on and have requested Mireya and her team, as they were very professional, polite, and hard working. I Highly recommend Modern Maids!

This was my first time dealing with a cleaning service. It was simply fantastic. During our initial consultation, as well as several subsequent phone calls, Maria was comprehensive and competent. The entire crew was kind and courteous, complimenting and respecting our property, valuables, and pets. For the five hours or so they were with us, they were all business. The employees were well-trained and did an excellent job. You'll be hard pushed to find a cleaner that is more organized and professional. I have no reservations in recommending them and will use them again.

I have used several cleaning companies in the past and was never fully satisfied. I tried out Modern Maids based on their fantastic reviews and they did not disappoint me. The booking process was so simple and easy, their customer service phone staff are helpful and friendly. The cleaner, Moni, that came was punctual, super friendly, professional and very thorough, the most thorough cleaners I've had. Their charges were pretty fair and competitive. They take customers' comforts and needs very seriously. Would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again.

Modern Maids is undoubtedly a fantastic service! I have used them several times and all the staff, from the office to the cleaners, are friendly and professional. Maria is absolutely incredible! She is punctual and does an awesome job. She works carefully and thoroughly. She is very reliable and trustworthy. Since the day I hired her she has shown nothing but pure professionalism. Absolutely satisfied with her service and all the efforts she puts to keep us pleased. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a house cleaner! Best house cleaning company around Dallas!

My fiance and I tried out modern maids for the first time after being unsatisfied with the service we got from a competitor. We were apprehensive about a maid service, because we were worried that there was little incentive for anyone to do a good job, for many reasons. When we came home today we were blown away by how awesome the apartment looked. Everywhere you looked you could see new colors on surfaces, more light seemed to shine through, and there were certain things like the stove top which were cleaner then they have ever been.

There is a special art to making something appear clean as well and Gloria's team mastered this. I wanted to take a moment and recognize Gloria and her team because what was done at our apartment was nothing short of amazing. We can feel the love in this apartment and are extremely pleased with modern maids and we will be return again soon.

My partner and I work very busy jobs and the apartment hygiene had just gotten out of control. On a leap of faith, I booked with Modern Maids on a Thursday afternoon and our cleaner arrived at 8:30 am the next morning. I couldn't believe how long it took to get the place in shape again, but Gloria was unstoppable. The sheer relief I felt spending the weekend in a sanitized and tidy home after weeks of struggling to catch up was worth every penny. I highly recommend Modern Maids not only for the incredible work they do but also for how easy the booking was and how quickly I was able to get someone to our place to clean.

The most professional and virtuous maid service I've used to date. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule with ease. They accommodated all my requests without complaint. Its nice when you find a maid service thats dependable and trustworthy. As someone who works in the service industry, I appreciate all the effort and attention to detail their employees show while cleaning my apartment. 10/10

I am so happy with my biweekly service. I get the same lady, her work ethic is never ending. She leaves my house immaculate. Modern Maids are happy to work around our schedule (vacations etc.)

The service was exceptional. Ana arrived on time and did a top notch job. Was more than pleased and would definitely use this company again. They also were able to get me in on a short notice.

Good if you're looking for a maintenance clean, but not for a deep clean. You'll end up paying extra ($100 extra, for me) for no extra work to be done.

Mina came and really took her time. I was originally skeptical on what a "deep clean" really meant as it has been my first maid cleaning experience. Mina really exceeded my expectations. I called modern maids back to praise them and they informed me that unless I am unsatisfied with my maid that she will be my assigned maid. That being said I am so happy that she is the person who is coming into my home to clean.

Trust is so important and I really do trust modern maids to get the job done with grace. She even set up my daughters little stuffed animals on her bed. Just the extra chef's kiss details that really make modern maids worth trying.

I requested deep cleaning but didn't get even the basics. There was dust everywhere, they didn't clean the TV media console, mirrors, shower still had dirty spots. They sent another team the second day and they were supposed to redo everything but they only tried to do what was left from the first day, they still missed cleaning the baseboards and light fixtures. Not worth the price. I also had to mop the floor after they left.

I was looking for a move out cleaning for the next day. I was able to schedule an appointment online and leave my key under the mat. When we went to check later in the day it was spotless and pristine! Couldn't have been easier. So pleased with the easy booking, quick service and end result.

It was ok. I was told I would be notified when the housekeeper was on her way and was not. I was not thrilled with the cleaning job and found it subpar and extremely rushed. The upstairs bedroom was still in disarray- pillows not fluffed and the floors were not vacuumed well at all. The furniture was not put back in the correct place and the couch was not vacuumed under the cushions. I left specific instructions for marble pieces of furniture to be cleaned by using a vacuum brush to remove dust and this was not done.

The blinds in the bedroom were still very dusty and the ceiling fan blades were not dusted either. We paid extra for a deep clean and I feel as though this is a normal clean that i usually do myself. My boyfriend said "I don't really notice a difference in this clean and when you clean, i think you could've done this." Good to save time, but will not be using again. Update: the owner reached out to discuss and rectify.

I think that is a very great thing in today's world of fast service and not much customer service- with that being said I'm giving a 4 star review and would like to thank the owner for following up with me to help find a solution.

I was very hesitant to hiring a cleaning company because I've never actually done so, however, since I was moving out of my apartment and needed it cleaned well for my deposit back. Calling cleaning companies was a pain and extremely hard. I finally gave in and checked Yelp and found Modern Maids. Literally within 2 minutes I had a cleaning scheduled. On the day of the cleaning, my service arrived promptly and finished quickly.

I was hesitant as to how quick the job was done BUT WOW! I was amazed at how detailed she was in such a short amount of time. I could have never cleaned so well in the amount of time that it took. It would have taken me hours! I'm absolutely hiring again just to clean my new home. Love this service!

We've had Modern Maids clean our house three times now and we've always been SO happy with the results. Each person that has come to our house has been amazing; very through and all so friendly. Would highly recommend.

I love love love modern-maids! Everyone they have sent to clean my apartment has been amazing. Yadi was the first person that came to clean and she left my place impeccable! Today Yadi wasn't available so they sent me Vilma, well I'm convinced that all their people are wonderful. I got the pleasure of meeting Vilma in person, she is so nice and caring. My pup fell in love with her the moment she walked in.

Feeling confortable leaving my pup with someone is so important and I definitely knew my pup and home were in good hands with Vilma. I can literally eat off this floor! I work full time and go to school full time, so coming home to a clean home and a content dog. well that feeling of calm & relief is a gift. Thank you modern maids, you amaze me every time! You have a loyal customer here! I will keep recommending you to everyone I know!

I've had my apartment cleaned by Modern Maids over 5 times now and I'm still continually impressed. I've had 2 or 3 different cleaners and they've all exceeded my expectations. I have tried every trick in the book when cleaning my oven and no one gets it as clean as Modern Maids does! Just wanted to say thanks for always being reliable when I need a deep clean!!

We've been needing a maintenance cleaning for our home and when I saw Modern Maids has a 50% off promo for recurring cleanings, we took advantage! Love love love that they use natural cleaners. We don't have any of the toxic products in our house so it was comforting knowing what products they use. Brenda was super sweet and thorough. She went above and beyond and really appreciated her! Definitely worth the investment and love that you can schedule weekly, biweekly or monthly!

Yadira did an amazing job! This was my first time and I was a bit uneasy bc I have never had anyone else in my home that I didnt know. She text me when she got here and made sure I knew she would be okay with my dog. I came home after a 12 hour day to a clean home and happy dog !! I will definitely be booking again! I hope I can request her! Thank you modern maids!!!

We could not be happier with the service that we received from Modern Maids! They did an excellent job with cleaning our 1/1 high rise apartment. Online scheduling makes it super easy to book your cleaning so don't delay! You will be pleased coming home to a clean home after a long day at work!

I found this company on Instagram. Things started out promisingly, the owner, Justin, came to my house to look things over and see what I wanted done. I was very detailed and specific. We arranged a time for to come and clean house. I came home after the cleaning to find an incomplete, unsatisfactory job done. It was obvious that my instructions were not followed. I called Justin, sent him photos of what wasn't clean, & he sent the person back to redo what wasn't done the next day. Very little changed after the 2nd trip. I let Justin know I remain dissatisfied and I will not be continuing with Modern Maids. VERY Disappointing service.

I was originally drawn to Modern Maids because they offer a great discount on subscription cleans. I've been on the subscription package for a few months now (long enough to tell if it's worth it) and I could not be more impressed! It's nice having upfront pricing and being able to take care of everything from an app. I have my cleans set up for every other Tuesday and every time I come home from work on these days I'm thoroughly impressed. Thank you for giving me peace of mind when it comes to getting my home cleaned!

I schedule a one time clean as I had family coming in last minute. I just got home to my clean place, and all I can say is wow! My place has never looked this amazing! She went so above and beyond, and did things I never would have even thought about. So thank you! I'll definitely be signing up for recurring package.

So easy to book and they arrived right on time. Ive used various maid services and the cleaning job and friendliness of this crew made modern maids by far the best Ive ever used!

Modern Maids is nothing less than great! The scheduling is easy, they make it very convenient for apartment owners and the cleaning is top notch. I remember coming home after the first cleaning of may apartment and being floored by what a great job they did. There is nothing better than coming home after cleaning day! I highly recommend this service!

We have been happy with Modern Maids so far. After our initial cleaning was unsatisfactory, Justin sent another employee the following day to make things right. Our cleaning this past week was by far the best and I would highly recommend using Modern Maids! Scheduling is convenient as well!

I have been using Modern Maids for about a year and the service is great. Justin is amazing and so is the staff. Our home always looks and smells great when they service our home. I would highly recommend

I was super satisfied with their basic service. I came home to an apartment that was cleaner than I've ever been able to get it. I'm pretty sure the wood floor was cleaner than the day it was installed. Not only were the sink fixtures polished and shiny, but they were no longer having drainage issues. My fridge was shiny, too! It was like magic. I will definitely be using Modern Maids again, and I highly recommend them.

Modern Maids did a fantastic job. It was so nice coming home and having everything be super clean, including the inside of my fridge and oven. The floors were beautiful and every room was immaculate. Would highly recommend!

It was our first time using this service, or any other maid service for that matter. We are very pleased with the way our home turned out. Maria did a fantastic job and we are planning on utilizing these services on a frequent basis. They are a time-saver and nothing feels better after a long work week than coming home to a spotless home. Its like a weight or chore is lifted, allowing you to reclaim more time doing the things you want to be doing.
