Critical: Professionalism Services performed to very good standard but I had them for end of tenancy cleaning. Instead of keeping client confidentiality they broke it and slagged me off to my old landlord.when I called them out they said they would message me back as proof for tds but never did. Service: Carpet cleaning

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Pricing competitive, however poor communication; recieved msg after they were supposed to start to say need to re-arrange but did not respond back with alternative date - waste of time having waited 2 weeks. Would not recommend.
