These guys are awesome!.I don't have to stalk the washing machine, hope the dryers don't die/shrink my clothes or fold.I am pleased with the prompt service, laundry tips, meticulous folding services and tidy bags that the laundry were returned in. The turn around was so prompt in fact, that the laundry was back before I had time to look at the invoice.

We've never met a load of laundry we didn't like, as every load is thoroughly cleaned, professionally folded and packaged tight. I wish I had started using this service YEARS ago! I am VERY HAPPY with the on-time pick-ups/deliveries, quick turnaround, and perfection in terms of cleanliness of laundry and the folding!

Excellent pick up and drop off laundry service that services Chicago and surrounding suburbs. It is very affordable compared to others and love the clothes results regarding cleaner smelling clothes that were washed properly. This service comes in handy for families that launders their loved ones clothes who resides in nursing and/or rehabilitation centers; even for a short time to take a needed break from routine.

This place is a rip-off. They charge by weight and by item. A small blanket that is no larger than a beach towel costs $7.50 on top of the weight of the item, yet no special care given to the item. It is washed and folded like everything else. I urge everyone to find an alternative to this company, I have been using them for over a year and then suddenly all the prices have jumped and many items are incurring extra charges ON TOP of the weight cost to launder.the item. It is bad business and I regret ever working with this company. Friendly people, but not worth the price.

My roommates and I decided to try this service when our usual pickup/drop off service missed a scheduled pickup. What a mistake. For starters, during a global pandemic, the worker who picked up our laundry showed up at our door without a mask on. Strike one. When our laundry was dropped off today things got worse. Clean clothes should smell. well, clean. Ours do not.
I selected the unscented detergent so I wasn't expecting a burst of lovely scents, just fresh. What we got was slightly musty like when you accidentally leave things in the washer too long before drying. Yuck! Strike 2. When I contacted the company through their chat option online I was basically blown off. I was told that scented detergent could remedy this problem in the future.
In spite of the fact that they charged an additional $25 for washing 3 blankets on top of the per pound price and I'll now have to pay another company to rewash them, they offered no discount. nothing. Strike 3. In summary, avoid this company. The service sucks and their customer service is atrocious. Don't waste your time or your money.

I have been using their pick up-drop off services for about 3 months and I am very happy. I used different companies before and their prices are much higher and include fees. Greener laundry, has a $25 per 25# deal with no fee nor specifics about your laundry. You can have a comforter, coats or whatever and it will still be $25 per 25# and it really doesn't get better than that.
I just recently had to cancel a pick up order about 3 hours before pick up and had no issues with them. They responded fast and there was no fee. The gentleman that has picked up my laundry each time is always on time and very professional and efficient.
