Daron from grout doctor does excellent work. Replaced cracked tiles in my master bathroom did a fantastic job also replaced caulking and grout that need repair. Daron is very conscientious about the work he does Highly Recommended!

We had mold at the bottom of our shower. We had the grout doctor come out and give us a quote and it was REDICULOUS! And he kept saying he would not be able to match the grout color we had. Called Sir Grout and they came cleaned caulked and sealed our shower and it looks BRAND NEW! M. T.

We called this to clean and re-grout a shower stall in are house. Matt showed up on time and went to work. A short time later he came out to show us issues he had found during his work. He explained all of the problems he found and told us what he could and could not do. After the job was done it look better then it did in years. The amount we were billed was more then fair for the work that was done. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Grout Doctor many times over the past years and they have been awesome. It saddens me to write this review. He did a job for me on my daughters place in Benicia in July 2021 and the second part of the job was at my son's in the same complex the following week. We had to reschedule my son's portion so I told him I would call him. I have called 5 times, tried their website and Yelp requesting their service and absolutely no response. I'm not sure if the Owner is on vacation or what but I am really disappointed and unless I receive a call right away not only will I never use them again (we live in Danville) I will also share this negative review on Next Door and tell our friends of which I have referred them many times. Very disappointing to not at least have received a call back if they could not do the job afterall.

I have called The Grout Dr in Concord about 10 times with never a return call back. I have gone to their website and called their 877 # and also requested a free estimate and I have never received a word back from them. Not sure why they bother to spend money to advertise in our local magazine.
