Tom and his crew have been our carpet cleaners of choice for several years. They do a great job - dealing with stains from glycerin to wax and everyday dirt left by our three children. We highly recommend their service -- they show up on time or early and get right to work, leaving when the job is impeccable.

I love Tom and 5 Step Carpet Care! Tom has cleaned my rugs/carpets/sofas 2xs a year for 5+ years now and he is the best. He responds immediately to my call, handles my dogs beautifully (and that is not an easy task), has a terrific product to get rid of pet stains, and my house smells great when he is finished. I love clean carpets and I love 5 Step and Tom. Period. This is Claudia McMullin btw. Have no idea why this is being published under my son's nom de plum, Bread Doughlas!
