Questions
What makes Chem-Dry different from other carpet cleaners?
Chem-Dry uses Hot Carbonating Extraction, which uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, dries faster, and removes deeper dirt without soaps that attract re-soiling.
Can Chem-Dry remove tough stains like wine or ink?
Yes, our advanced solutions target tough stains, though results depend on age and penetration. Pre-treatment and specialized products maximize effectiveness.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Every 6-12 months for residential use, depending on foot traffic and pets. Commercial spaces may require more frequent cleaning to maintain appearance and hygiene.
Is Chem-Dry safe for pets and children?
Our solutions are non-toxic and safe for pets and kids. P.U.R.T. and The Natural cleaner are designed to eliminate odors and allergens without harmful chemicals.
Do you offer stain protection after cleaning?
Yes, we apply a protective treatment that repels spills and stains, extending the time before re-cleaning is needed. This is recommended for high-traffic areas.
How long does upholstery cleaning take?
Drying time averages 2-3 hours, depending on fabric type and humidity. Our low-moisture method ensures minimal disruption while delivering deep, lasting results.

Qualls Chem-Dry always does an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I have a little dog and regardless of my best efforts at house training my carpet sometimes need special treatment for urine stains. Chem-Dry gets out the stains and my carpet always looks like new. Wonderful service! My house smells so much better! We have old dogs that have had a few accidents and no matter how much we cleaned and scrubbed we couldn't get the smell out. Thank goodness for Qualls Chem-Dry. The price was very reasonable. I've had other quotes for the same thing and the competitor wanted more for less. We also got our sectional cleaned, the tech actually did both sides of the cushions and cleaned our couch pillows as well! Soo worth it! Thank you

Appointment was within the designated time. Done in timely fashion. Carpet cleanliness was good with the accepting of one spot the servicer stated he couldn't get out. P.U.R.T. treatment done to get rid of pet accident smell, unfortunately did not appear to work as Carpet still smells of pee. Overall, appreciate the work done and the attempt to rectify my animals poor health and having accidents on the carpet.

Levi was very prompt! I had forgotten about the appointment and he texted me with enough time to make sure everything was ready. We were getting my in laws couches and carpets cleaned because we lived with them for awhile and our daughter wrecked everything. Some stains wouldn't come out, which we sorta suspected would be the case and is no fault of Levi and he was kind enough to discount it! Highly recommend

Great job by York. My dog had been sick creating a large stain and smell. He got that cleaned up back to normal. The rest of the house he cleaned looks better than after other types of cleaning.

On a scale of 1 to 5, I rate Grant as a 5 . He knew what he was doing and I trust him. He answered my numerous questions. He said what he could do and what he couldn't do. But he overdelivered. The spot I thought would never come out- he got it. I want him to clean my carpets always!

My toddler drew on my very light carpet in red and orange oil pastel crayons. I wasn't sure there was any hope, but Grant worked for a long time and was able to lighten it until it can hardly be seen at all. He said it was the most stubborn stain he's seen, but he was able to save our carpet! I would definitely recommend him.
