In 1885 our founder, Mr. Poehner, believed if you are going to trust someone to come in where everything you appreciate is, you want to be sure they are of a quality caliber. He would say, It's what's inside that matters. Do what's right, every step of the way. Today, we follow that same, old-fashioned work ethic.
Our History

1937 First Lutheran Church becomes Joliet's first air conditioned church after PDM installation. 1943 Rudy Mahalik serves in the Pacific Fleet aboard the USS Savo Island aircraft carrier. 1970s PDM helps with construction of Salem Towers, installing plumbing for 230 apartments. 2000s Over 5,000 furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and pumps installed this decade.
