After 12 hours, my bedroom air was noticeably cleaner. I will be purchasing more purifiers for other rooms in my home. Barb is a tremendous person and makes the customer feel like a VIP. UPDATE: A year later and the purifier Barb suggested for me continues to please. In fact, this unit is a sleep aid for me since I have developed respiratory problems. Thank you again Barb, you are such a kind person!

They are very nice and extremely helpful. I couldn't be more appreciative. I spoke with Barb regarding an issue I was having and she helped rectify the situation immediately without any problems.
