I haven't experienced the carpet cleaning yet but I called to make an appointment and the person that answered the call was so professional I was sold. They came highly recommended from neighbors. I look forward to working with them.

I was referred to Alecs carpet cleaning from a friend. I had not had my furniture or rugs cleaned in a couple of years so I was a bit skeptical about the outcome. When the technician showed up I was very impressed with the technician as he was very personable and professional, and was on time. I was very pleased with the results of my carpets and even more pleased with the upholstery cleaning. The technician was very very knowledgeable about the fabric and the probability of the outcome which he was very correct about. I was extremely pleased with the service. I would defiinitley refer them to my friends

I cannot believe how well these folks can clean a carpet and a couch. I understand the machines are pretty standard amongst these companies but Alec's really does a superior job, they're very professional, and a reasonably priced. I will continue to use them and would absolutely recommend. Service: Carpet cleaning

The best company ever. Justin came to clean my carpet and he noticed that the carpet was old. He basically told me it's not washable and that I should change it instead. So professional and very caring. Other companies would have taken your money and still not satisfied.
