I recently moved to a neighborhood in Boston that AA does not service, which as a long-time, highly satisfied customer makes me very sad. So I figured it was time to finally post a review. After 9 years of using their service I can highly recommend AA as a wonderful company. Their 3-person team would arrive at my 2 bedroom condo every other week, and in 45 minutes or so clean it from one end to the other.

They were always careful with my personal items and did a thorough cleaning job. Occasionally, if there was some area that needed extra attention I could point it out to them and they would put in the extra effort to take care of it. In the 9 years I never had a day that they did not show up for the cleaning, and when I needed to change the date from time to time (sometimes on short notice) AA would always work with me to find a backup day. So, if you are looking for a top-notch cleaning company, AA if a great choice!

I don't know why it took us so long to hire cleaners! I have several roommates and often the cleaning responsibilities get lopsided over time, plus sometimes you just need a really deep clean. Having AAESC come monthly is one of the best decisions ever. The first time they came, they cleaned things that would never occur to us to clean, and it would never occur to us to clean it to that degree, and that would never occur to us that something could be so clean. Cleaning day is my favorite day of the month and I'm always so excited to come home.

I run around the house and ooh and ahh over everything and just revel in how amazing everything looks. Plus, I feel great about using AAESC not only because there are fewer chemicals in my home, but also reduced chemical exposure for the workers who are dealing with the products all day.

Its been a pleasure working with AAClean for the past 4 years - the only reason we're stopping is we're moving out of the area. They've always been extremely responsive over email, accommodating of changes to cleaning dates, and never any question as to their reliability. Cleanings are always very thorough and we've felt comfortable and trusting of the staff sent to our home. I'd definitely recommend them to others!

Three of our twelve cleanings this past year have resulted in damages. We've had a slightly bleached shower curtain, a bleached towel and a broken toothbrush holder. And the shower is starting to turn colors because either a) they aren't scrubbing super hard or b) the bleach they are using isn't very strong. Just strong enough to bleach our bathroom wares. I'm not 100% on these guys any longer. But for now, it's still easier than looking for another environmentally friendly cleaner who shows up in a Prius.
