Kitchen Cleaning
Our detailed kitchen cleaning includes disinfecting counters, sinks, and appliances inside and out. We clean range tops, knobs, and hoods, empty and load dishwashers, hand-wash delicate dishes, and wipe cabinet surfaces. The service covers fridge ice makers, top-of-fridge dusting, baseboards, ceiling fans, and light fixtures while removing trash and disinfecting trash cans.
Bathroom Cleaning
This service disinfects all bathroom surfaces using color-coded rags to prevent cross-contamination. We clean shower glass doors (excluding etched glass), remove hard water buildup, detail drains and grout, dust baseboards and blinds, and eliminate cobwebs. The process includes polishing fixtures and ensuring complete sanitation from ceilings to floor surfaces.
Living Room Cleaning
We dust ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, and windowsills while removing cobwebs. Our Miele vacuums clean hard floors, couch surfaces, and cushions, with client-provided vacuums used for carpets to prevent pet dander transfer. Bedroom Cleaning
This service includes washing, drying, and replacing linens with proper fitted sheet folding. We dust high areas, blinds, baseboards, and furniture with color-coded rags, vacuum floors, and mop with appropriate solutions. Our staff safely cleans under beds and furniture to remove hidden debris while maintaining organized room arrangements.
Dining Room Cleaning
We remove cobwebs and clean high areas including fans and window moldings. The service includes dusting blinds, baseboards, and furniture with specialized rags, vacuuming floors, and mopping with flooring-appropriate cleaners. We ensure complete dust removal from decorative items and maintain proper placement of furniture and decor.

Penny's is the BEST cleaning service I have EVER had in over 10 years of using different services in different cities! Penny is meticulous and so thoughtful! She ensures that every service is to the highest standard. She takes care of laundry, if there is any, and cleaned and organized our pantry during one of our last services. She also is super accommodating when it comes to our crazy schedule and has moved and switched things around when we had COVID. I'm so grateful that we found Penny! She is definitely worth the time and price! Highly recommend!

From the moment I inquired, they were prompt in responding to my emails. I scheduled a "walk through" to get a quote. She came on time, was quick, and I received a detailed quote by the next day. We needed someone to do a move-out clean. The morning of, two employees came right on time. Then a supervisor came, also to act as another set of eyes to ensure the deep clean was performed up to their expectations.
They keep me posted throughout the process via text (when they're on their way, when they've arrived, any questions they had w items I left, when they're finished), and also asked to make sure the job was done to my expectations. I am very impressed. Quality of work of course is priority, but their punctuality and response time was impressive. I will definitely use them again in between renters, and also when we return to our home. I highly recommend this company.

Penny and her ladies have been cleaning my home weekly for a few years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they're pay particular attention to sanitation & safety. Masks are worn to protect me & them. I receive all the attention to detail & consistency Penny's known for with added peace of mind that Penny takes Covid seriously. I can't think of another service I would consider allowing in my home weekly. Penny's Personal Touch is absolutely wonderful.
