Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction method uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, lifting deep dirt and allergens while drying carpets in hours. Independent lab tests confirm 98% reduction of non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mites. Certified technicians apply The Natural solution without harsh chemicals, leaving no sticky residue for longer-lasting cleanliness.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. technology targets urine crystals at the molecular level, destroying odors permanently. UV inspection identifies hidden contamination zones in carpets and subfloors. Treatment penetrates padding layers where bacteria accumulate, preventing recurring accidents. Proven effective for severe cases with 24-36 hour odor elimination timeframe.
Area Rug Cleaning
Gentle yet effective cleaning for synthetic and natural fiber rugs including Oriental and Persian varieties. Customized pH-balanced solutions preserve dyes and fibers without residue buildup. On-site drying with industrial equipment maintains color vibrancy. Technicians pre-test materials and perform spot treatments for stains and allergens trapped in high-traffic zones.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Penetrating solutions remove grime from porous stone and tile surfaces through carbonation action. Sealing process guards against future staining while enhancing surface luster. Certified specialists handle acid-sensitive materials like marble. Includes grout recoloring and stone polishing options to restore original appearance of floors and countertops.
Stain Removal Packages
Three-tiered service options combine cleaning, protection, and deodorization. Premium package applies protectant barriers that repel spills for extended stain resistance. Professional strength deodorizers neutralize odors instead of masking them. Packages accommodate households with children and pets needing extra spill protection in high-traffic areas.

Thanks Keith! Wonderful job as always- 9/2024 Extremely happy with my carpet clean today! Jeremy was super thorough and paid attention to every area he identified that needed pet treatment and gave me a quote which was determined based on what I actually needed done. One thing I love about Chem Dry as opposed to the competitors is they dont need to completely soak your carpet- and from my experience- its safe on pets. I usually wait a few hours just to be sure, but thats because Im overly cautious. Thanks Jeremy! Always appreciate y'all fitting me in last minute.

They did a great job. I especially love how great my technician was at setting expectations. How long it will take to dry, expected results, both good and bad, how long the citrus smell (if selected) might linger etc. He addressed anything that might inconvenience, or irritate a customer up front before treatment. Loved how thorough he was.

I really appreciate Chem-Dry's service. The technician came to remove some dye stains from my carpet, left by some new blue jeans and black jeans. He got the dye out completely and left me some cleaning products exclusive to the company. It also surprised me that the technician remembered certain things about my health, so was very careful what he chose to use on my carpet. That was a plus!
