If you are a client of AvidXchange, OpsTechnology or Yardi, we can provide your invoices to them in the industry standard EDI 810 format. If you do not currently employ one of these payment processing services, we can provide your invoices to you in the industry standard EDI 810 format via a free portal provided by AvidXchange. You can also subscribe with us and we will email you a PDF of your invoice instead of mailing paper invoices. Already an active client? I am (we are) authorized to bind the Owner of the Property for any and all purchases made from Rasa for the Property. All invoices are payable to Rasa at its office in Carrollton, Texas; and, all invoices are due and payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and are payable by check or ACH unless otherwise agreed in writing.
