Absolutely fantastic service, when I need maintenance again they will be the first I will call. They came in carefully, cleaned efficiently and effectively. We had a couch that would scratch the wood floor when moved, and even though we forgot to tell them about it and they took precautionary measures to make sure the furniture didn't scratch, the old couch still scratched the hard wood floor. When the person noticed, they immediately stopped and told us about it.
We couldn't see the scratch, but they were so prompt in sharing anything that wasn't right even though it wasn't their fault. We have a very long house, and they said they couldn't get an effective clean of our ducts because they didn't have the right tool to do a negative pull. They could have just said "well it will get messy" and done a poor job anyways, but they turned down more money because they didn't want to do a bad job. Out of all my paying for services, I admire this company over any others. Fantastic job.
