RESIDENTIAL: I recommended you steam clean your carpet every 12 months to remove dirt, bacteria, and allergens. If you have children or pets you may need it more often.

Most carpet warranties require professional steam carpet cleaning at least once every 18-24 months. COMMERCIAL: I provide encapsulation that offers low moisture cleaning and hot water extraction.
