Our farmhouse has white carpets amidst mud, with lively children, an elderly cat, and a big hairy dog. Steve offered fair pricing and performed an outstanding job on our carpets. They appear brand new! He communicated effectively throughout the process and was very personable. Despite having our carpets cleaned previously, they've never looked this immaculate. Additionally, he revitalized the grout in our kitchen, leaving it sparkling. Our home feels wonderfully fresh and clean now, a much-needed transformation. Steve will be our go-to for all future carpet and grout cleaning needs.
