Great experience! Called to get an estimate which was very reasonable compared to other carpet cleaners in my area. They offered a few different options of cleaning services but weren't pushy, which I appreciate. They had availability within the same week. They were professional and did a great job! The team at Chicago Carpet Care was extremely responsive and accommodating. They got back to me with a competitive quote right away & were flexible when we had to reschedule the appointment just 2 days out. We got an 8ft couch out of storage - it was dusty and had dander flying from it. After getting it cleaned, it smells fresh, is comfortable, and no more flyaways! I would definitely use Chicago Carpet Care again.

This was my first time using CCC and I randomly found them on Google after doing a search. Sent an email, was responded to within the hour and set up an EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE package to have 2 couches and a mattress that were handed down to me cleaned. I was surprised at how quickly I was able to book an appointment, less than 48hrs after my inquiry. The cleaner arrived within the time frame stated and quickly got to work, it probably took less less 4 hrs for them to get everything done and the entire house smelled amazing for like 2 days after.

This was some of the best cleaning work I've ever seen and I'm really grateful I found such a timely, professional and cost effective company to do business with. Have already recommended them to several family members and coworkers as I hope business expands and they receive a tone of support. Thank you folks!

Chicago Carpet Care fit me in last minute and came to my home the same day to clean an area rug my pup had an accident on. They are professional and made sure I was satisfied with the result. From the receptionist who answered the phone to see if they can fit me in to the technician and then the follow up the next day. Everything went smoothly and it was very convenient, I will definitely use them again!
