Had the 1st and best experience in cleaning a rug. Big and heavy rug. I was thinking to buy a new one and recycle the old one. I decide to give it a try to a company who cleans them. I saved money and my beautiful rug. Very glad I give it a try. You can see some before and after puctures. Kurt and Kim are very nice people, pleasure to do business with both of them. I've used first impressions for my carpet cleaning for years, they always to a great job. I recently had them clean all the tile in the house we moved into and they did a fantastic job. Tile looks new throughout the living space. They are super responsive and helpful along the way. Would definitely recommend for service and quality

Second time using First Impressions. They've been on time, quick to work, friendly and accommodating; all on top of outstanding work. With two kids under 4, our carpets take a beating, but they look their best after having had them cleaned. Also had some tile grout cleaned. I was incredibly surprised and elated that the stains came out. A nation-wide steaming company took our money and then told us it would be impossible to rejuvenate after their half effort didn't produce results.
This was 3 years ago when we first moved in. So the stains were present for at least that long plus however long the previous owners left them. We decided to give First Impressions a chance, and they did not disappoint. Can't even tell the grout was stained at all. We are more than happy with their service and will be using them again well into the future. Thank you!

I had four of my oriental rugs cleaned and the service was quick and excellent. Kurt is very knowledgeable about antique rugs and takes the extra care needed to wash these type rugs. Kim responded to my email very quickly and my rugs were done in a few days. This is the place I will trust to take care of my rugs. Thank you Kurt and Kim.

We have been using First Impressions for years and they always do a great job. Recently I had several area rugs cleaned in their shop for the first time, they came and picked up the rugs and brought them back all in a timely manner. They were able to save a rug that I thought was ruined with a wine stain and pet stain! 10/10 Services: Area rug cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

First impressions does a great job on all of our carpets. They are definitely not the cheapest. In fact they are pretty expensive, but they do an amazing job and a very thorough job at that. The only complaint would be the cost. Since last year, their prices went up significantly. Services: Area rug cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal, General carpet cleaning
