I cannot recommend this service to anyone. I am shocked by the horrible service they provide. I had been a customer for years and the service has just gone down hill. I have had several different cleaners who were all not even doing the minimum. The last time they came they didnt spend hardly anytime cleaning and actually left a whole bathroom unclean. Mind you the owner was one of the cleaners. Over $200 down the drain.
Barely got an apology and no offer of compensation. If you want a half done job and throw your hard earned money away then they would be the service for you. If not, I would definitely find a different company.

I work with College Girl Cleaning on a daily basis and have for over two years now. They do a FANTASTIC job! They are fair and honest people. They recently did a move out clean for me and did a wonderful job. My home smelled amazing afterwards and the new owners were beyond pleased. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend College Girl Cleaning Company for their services. Jonathan and Catherine, the owners, provide professional, detailed, timely and through services. We are are management company who has 40 vacation homes and we value the services they provide. We appreciate their commitment to us as clients and the commitment to our clients who are guests. They really do understand how important delivering a clean home is to travelers.
They are also very accommodating to changes which occur with check ins and outs of guests. They do not just surface clean...they are "scrubbers" for sure and it shows. We cannot say enough good things about this company. Call them today...you will be glad you did! -Kim Ferguson, GreenWay Property Management and Vacation Rentals.

We have a vacation home that is rented out to guests several times a month. We have tried different cleaning services in the past, and College Girl Cleaners is by far the best. Catherine and her team are reliable, professional, and experts in their field. Quick turn around times and large clean up jobs are common having a vacation rental, and CGC never disappoints. Communication is important, and Catherine even sends us photos of items that have been damaged. If something is misplaced or missing, she always keeps us in the loop. We highly recommend College Girl Cleaners!

What an amazing job Nancy did! I cannot say enough. Walking into the house after a deep clean and having it look and smell so clean was such a relief. Nancy went above and beyond and was a true miracle worker. Even my teenage son noticed how clean the doors were! That is another miracle! The owner, Catherine, knows her employees and what they are best at and sends the appropriate person for your needs. I hope everyone will support this local company. You will not be disappointed.

We referred College Girl Cleaning Service to one of our regular customers for some maid service, and we received excellent feed back. The customer said the maid service was great and paid very close attention to detail. The phone customer service was excellent, and they were impressed by the level of cleaning. They plan to keep using them in the future for all their house cleaning needs! We will continue to refer College Girl Cleaning Service to our other customers.

We had these folks scheduled for the day before our move to clean up construction dust. They said they had someone who specifically specializes in it. She came, we had two guys still there working, so she left and said she's be back when they were done. She never came back. We didn't get any call or find out until my husband went to check on the house after work at 7 pm. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and stay at home with our 2 year old an hour away. It's the weekend of Mother's Day and they completely screwed us with zero consideration or explanation. So I can't recommend them because your house might not actually be cleaned.

I hired this company to clean a a house I was moving into, I paid for a deep cleaning since the place was previously occupied. The middle aged NON-College woman who came to clean my place was very unprofessional she cursed like a sailor and did not clean anything. I left my roommates to pay her since I had to return to work and when I returned home the house looked like it was in the same condition as when I left.
There were large visible dust bunnies and wads of hair all over the bathroom. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned among a laundry list of other things I could complain about. After calling the owner and making him aware of the incident I was asked to respond with pictures. I sent him tons and the text he answered back with was condescending and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Horrible Job!

After receiving a reference I called college girls for a one time cleaning (I generally clean my own home but have a broken leg). The service their employee Ashley provided was great and she was very polite and arrived on time. I give the company a thumbs up!.
