We've (spouse + myself) got a leak somewhere in the roof that finally debuted in the living room. Called these guys because they're a 24/7 company and we don't f around with water damage. We wanted it handled ASAP. Contractor was great! He was on time, gave us a thorough inspection both inside and outside the house, and then stated he'd email us an itemized list & quote either that same day or the next day. Welp, we're going on nearly a week and have heard nothing.
No quote. No list. Not even the courtesy of a return phone call (despite leaving a couple of voicemails ourselves). Though we've accepted that we've been forgotten and have moved on (again, we don't f with water damage), we're incredibly disappointed in this company. Yes, I've seen the positive reviews. I was so excited to have found what appeared to be a good company to not screw us over but nope. Reality strikes again! *The company added a comment there's no one under "this name" who made this request- which makes complete sense as my SPOUSE called the contractor come out.*
