Brandon was extremely professional and was even early to the appt. There was a slight mix up with the address he was coming to, but we got that resolved quickly. I was impressed with Signature Carpet primarily for their attention to detail and customer service. My technician, Michael, called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time, professional, walked through my home to see the layout and allow me to point out any problem areas. He used corner guards to protect my walls and did my entire house in just under two hours. He did a great job and was very courteous! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Signature has cleaned our carpets several times over the last few year. They have always done a great job. Recently we had them out to do our tile floors in our kitchen, bath and garage entry. Brandon was very professional and our floors look fantastic, like the day we moved in 12 years ago! We will use Signature again and always recommend them to our family & friends.
