Since 2001, Carolina Steam has served the Triad NC area, including Greensboro, High Point and parts of Winston-Salem. Carolina Steam is certified by the IICRC in carpet, upholstery, deodorizing, oriental rugs and water damage restoration.

Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer recommends hot water (steam) extraction. In steam extraction, our state-of-the-art truck mounted equipment shoots the steam cleaning solution into the carpet at a high temperature and pressure, which effectively breaks up the dirt, bacteria and pollens, as well as effectively controlling known allergens such as dust mites.

The products we use have been formulated based upon the best presently available information supplied by the United States Environmental Protection Agency DFE program and other green solution formulating guidelines for environmentally preferred cleaning products. These products are approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval Program demonstrating through scientific measurement its effectiveness at cleaning and soil removal without contributing to re-soiling.These products also are solvent free, rapidly biodegradable, and use renewable surfactants.
