Doug cleaned our carpets after we moved into a new house. He was kind and professional and showed up on time. He answered both texts and calls and found a good time for us when he could come over to clean. We will definitely work with him again!

Doug does a great job! He knows alot about carpet care and has been able to remove pet stains on our very light carpet. He keeps our stairs looking like new. Over the past 20 years, I have recommended Doug dozens of times and will continue to do so.

Wow. So very disappointing. I have used Doug for over 20 years. He has usually done a good job at a fair price. As a realtor, I have referred him many times to clients and friends. Most of them have been satisfied, some commenting on his edgy disposition. After my personal experience today, I am taking him off my "A" list. We are hosting my husband's staff Christmas party. Doug was scheduled to clean at 9 am.
I left a note when I left for work and left my daughter and a friend sleeping on the couch after an early airport run. Apparently, their presence scared Doug. He called me screaming and swearing at me stating that he would never clean my carpets again! I apologized profusely and he hung up on me. When I tried to call him back he would not pick up. Thankfully, Big Red Carpet Care was able to send a crew out an hour later to get the job done. They were very reasonable and kind. I got all three rooms done for $121 and was treated with kindness and respect. I will miss you, Doug, but can't risk my clients being treated that way.
