Our house had a flood so the floors needed to be replaced. it was an insurance job under our USAA policy. USAA took care of us immediately and this company was the one selected to do the work. we were told that they had to pack up our belongings and our furniture to take it to storage so they could replace the flooring. we were told it would take 3 to 4 weeks. 14 weeks later we have not received all of our furniture back. what they did return was damaged. my antique 1890 dining set they returned only 2 chairs one the arms of the chair was broken completely off the other one the wood was chipped and scratched. also the new flooring was damaged during what furniture they returned. now we have to deal with finding the rest of our belongings and seeing what condition it is in. we asked about the pack in and if they would be hooking up the tv, s and computer and putting back the things they packed out and where told originally that was included but now they say that is not included REALLY! now they are trying to blame us. we are retired and disabled how do we deal with this?

I really liked the enthusiasm of the workers. However, there were no repairs made. Just clean up for almost $3000.00. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not, I have never hired a fire clean up before. Hoping I never have to again. The workers are very professional, and can be trusted in your home. I would recommend them to friends!

I received a quote on the spot which I approved. It worked out well that they were able to do the carpets the same day. They are very clean and my office even smells better. Cleanrite was amazing and what a lifesaver. My father's home was damaged in the Camp Fire and needed to be re-sided along with a lot of other work. I had previously worked with two other Contractors both of whom didn't show up when they said they would and both doubled the cost after we agreed to an estimate. Cleanrite did the work in a timely manner and did all the work for the amount the insurance adjuster had estimated and stuck to their original estimate.

The house looks better than it did before the fire and they even did some other improvements within the budget. My father is elderly and they made suggestions for things that made the access safer for him. Alan treated us like family and Curtis, Malissa and Alan were all great about communicating with me. I can't say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a reputable company that does excellent quality work you should definitely hire them.

They were even able to obtain siding material that the others had told Me was no longer available so the house and garage match. I can't thank them enough for their work and even more for their compassion in helping the victims of the fire. Vicki
