I started to clean the intake for the ducts in the home I just moved into. Horrified, I called Sooner. These gentlemen earn every penny. Yikes. It took them 4 hours. The difference in the air quality is noticeable. I would absolutely use them again.

This business has tanked! They came in pulled my carpet back and brought in huge " air dehumidifiers ". He said he didn't have fans. I told him I did. The noise from the machine was intolerable and it wasn't working well anyway. He said it might take 4-5 days to dry the carpet. The carpet was not that wet. So I moved the demudifyier and put down fans. It was dry the next day! They never returned to replace the carpet pad etc. they won't even answer my calls. I won't ever use Sooner Carpet again. Lousy company.

Sooner Carpet Cleaning always does a great job and everyone is friendly from the one who answers the phone to the guys who come out to the house. We had our carpet and sofa cleaned last week. John was who came and he was very nice and professional and did a great job.

Nothing but good things to say about this company! Great family-owned Norman business -- they do it all and with great customer service. I've used them to have carpets cleaned, and area rugs picked up and taken to their facility for cleaning. Also, they did a wonderful and careful job cleaning my oriental rugs.
