I had never used a professional carpet service until now so I was a bit nervous when looking around for one. I called Crystal carpet care and they were able to get me scheduled for the following week. Kevin showed up on time and spent a lot of time answering all my questions thoroughly before he began. He did a fantastic job on the carpets and I was never pressured to add any additional costs and there were no gotcha's. The price was very reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the results and especially the absolutely fantastic customer service. I will definitely use this company in the future.
