Procare does an amazing job at cleaning floor tile as well as countertop tile. I've had one of my clients actually reach out to me after they had their tile cleaned by another company - then had procare come out and clean the same tile, made it look like it was brand new. We have used Procare for many years at our house, our mom's house and our rental. They have cleaned carpets, area rugs, tile and furniture for us. We found Procare through a recommendation from the carpet store in Modesto. Their work is excellent, their customer service is the best and we always enjoy seeing them. In addition, their prices are most reasonable. Yes, I highly recommend them!

I reached out via the 'request a quote' option on Yelp and they were very responsive! I appreciated that they actually gave me a quote vs asking to make a house call first. That gave me the confidence to book knowing it was in my budget and I was able to schedule the service call then. Many other companies ask to come and take a look before they give you a quote but I don't like doing that because if I can save someone from having to make a trip just to look at the place, I want to!

They came on time, they were friendly and super kind to my dog which I really appreciate. He's an 8-month-old Goldendoodle and LOVES all humans and they were okay with his friendly greeting. Will definitely book again!

I had a very dirty carpet, a couple of pet stains, and a lot of assorted food stains that I did not think they could be removed. To my surprise all stains were removed. They were very professonal and quick, no wasted time. In my opinion they did a exellant job.

Showed up on time for both quote and service day. His prices were lower than expected for the tile cleaning, so we also had the one room with carpet cleaned also. They were very clean and protected walls (from hoses rubbing on them). The carpet and tile dried very quickly (they had fans behind them drying as they worked. The tile and carpet turned out great and he will definitely be my goto guy for flooring. In fact, as I write this review I have already texted him to get a quote for my office industrial carpet cleaning. Sorry, forgot the get before/after pics.

These guys came highly recommended from friend. I called Louis at Procare and got an appointment right away with an accurate estimate. They were punctual and cleaned my carpets including the closets that I asked for. They took extra care in laying down cloths on my tile to keep it protected while cleaning the carpets. They are very professional and provide excellent work.

Awesome job and great customer service. Also very knowledgeable on the types of tile and upkeep for continuing care. I am beyond pleased with the job they did to clean my tavertine tIle which other cleaning company claimed they could clean but couldn't. I also never write reviews but they are worth the time to let everyone else know what a good company they are. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Deceptive and a HUGE waste of time. Had an appointment in which he was late. Cleared carpets of furniture to have 3 (SMALL) rooms and a hall cleaned for advertised price of $99. I wanted to add stair case for additional fee. $280 dollars was what he wanted. Said my carpets needed deep cleaning which would be extra. Really? Isn't deep cleaning what carpet cleaning is? Evidently surface cleaning is what they do?

And my carpets are almost flawless minus some foot traffic in hall. Unbelievable. What a sham. Found someone else local for $69 for 3 rooms and $2 a step on stairs. And that actually includes "deep" cleaning. Go figure. Don't waste your time or money. Two thumbs way down.

We have had them out multiple times to clean our travertine floors and carpet. Great work from a father and son team. Very knowledgable. On the travertine floors they had to remove old wax product that should have never been applied to travertine. Results were great!
