I am very pleased with the "Clean Team" & the way they clean my carpets! I have used this company for the past three years. The receptionist, Nicole is great! When booking an appointment it is so nice to speak to a friendly & professional person! She tells u exactly what the cost will be! The workers arrive on time & I get a text telling me that they are on route! I usually have one of the same workers that came before.
The workers are professional & personable & know just what to do! They answer any questions that I may have before starting the job! I have a dog, so I always get the pet service which takes out any stains on the carpet. Even though the price for the job has gone up a bit, I still think it is a reasonable price for the services! I would recommend the "Clean Team" to all my family & friends! I am always very pleased with my experience! Diane (Groveland, MA)

The Clean team did a great job cleaning my wall to wall carpeting in all my rooms. The carpeting had many stains over the years and they were able to remove some of them. I would definitely use them again.
