Lapels has outstanding customer service. Pickup and drop off is simple and quick. I've been using them regularly for a few years now and I love their VIP service. They're open until 7pm (as of 5/27/2022) and even on Saturdays, and it's such a convenient location.

I have always used their services with no issues until one day. I received a text about a duvet offer they were doing. I dropped off my duvet and told the cashier I was specifically considering taking advantage of that offer. To my surprise, when I picked up my duvet, I was told the offer was not valid and I should pay the total price. No one listened, even the owner on the phone--just a terrible experience for my family. Just be careful about their offers and customer service.
