Services
Air Duct Cleaning
Our air duct cleaning removes contaminants from HVAC systems using industrial-grade equipment. Technicians document the process with before-and-after photos, ensuring visible results. This service improves indoor air quality, reduces allergens, and enhances system efficiency for residential and commercial properties.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning eliminates lint buildup to prevent fire hazards and improve appliance efficiency. Our technicians inspect and clear blockages while providing safety education. This service extends dryer lifespan and reduces energy consumption through thorough duct maintenance.
Crawl Space Encapsulation
Crawl space encapsulation creates a sealed environment using heavy-duty vapor barriers. This process prevents moisture intrusion, mold growth, and pest infestations while improving overall indoor air quality. The service includes insulation and ventilation control for long-term structural protection.
Certified Ventilation Inspection
NADCA-certified inspections assess HVAC system condition and air quality. Our technicians identify contamination sources, measure airflow efficiency, and provide detailed reports. This diagnostic service ensures compliance with industry standards and guides targeted cleaning or repairs.
Commercial Air Duct Cleaning
Specialized commercial duct cleaning maintains large-scale HVAC systems in compliance with health regulations. Our team works after-hours to minimize disruption, using industrial equipment to remove contaminants while documenting results for facility management records.

Capitol Duct Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning the furnace ducts. They were on time, very polite and efficient. Chuck knows his business very well. We have an unusual set up with our ducting system, but that didn't stop Chuck. He proceeded with the work with no problems. I will definitely recommend Capitol Duct Cleaning to family and friends.

They confirmed the day before, and they called me when they were a half hour away, much appreciated. They are thorough, fast and cleaned up after themselves and at the same time were very personable. Was very pleased, not only would I use them again but would recommend them highly.
